The new Ticicom offices are located inside the Bioland residence in Tesserete, an elegant building located in the municipality of Capriasca, a region immersed in the heart of the Canton of Ticino. The construction of the building is based on eco-sustainable principles, as it is built with cutting-edge building techniques.

The property is built entirely of wood, which, in addition to being more ecological than traditional techniques, guarantees perfect thermal insulation of the casing.

To produce heat and hot water, an air-water heat pump has been installed that allows the reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere and a significant reduction in consumption; even the electrical system is of the latest generation and all the apartments are equipped with home automation to manage heating, lights and blackouts in a simple and automated way.

Every construction detail has been specially elaborated to guarantee maximum working well-being in perfect harmony with the care and health of the environment.
